The Q-Stak was Britain’s very first bent plywood chair. Designed in 1952, the iconic Q-Stak chair is a timeless and classic piece designed by award winning and universally renowned designer Robin Day. This chair was first produced almost 60 years ago and has sold worldwide.
The Q-Stak was manufactured after the Second World War and had to be designed using as few components as possible. This ingenious design therefore is sleek, uncomplicated and practical The Q-Stack is functional and can be neatly stacked away if you need extra space.

The Leo Armchair was designed by Robin Day in 1965 and while the original is available from Loft, the rest of the family is now available from Out Of Office. It was futuristic and ahead of its time when it was first released 46 years ago but now in its reissued form, it sits equally well in the new century.
The generous proportions, shape and distinctive reclining angle of the Leo will make you feel completely relaxed Out Of Office. The Leo chair is an upholstered timber frame available as an armchair, two seat, three seat or footstool and can be mounted on either a sprung steel bar or a four-star swivel base. These can be bespoke made to compliment your choice of colour and fabric.
